I dont live here but I have dealt with this Manager Elaine. And all I can tell you is think twice. She is crude, rude and refuses to listen. She called my company to handle a warranty and I gave her two options. When she didnt like either option she proceeded to take the mature way out by telling me "Thanks for screwing me. Next time use vaseline" and she hung up. This woman has no class and has no buisness working with people.

I think Lancaster Club Apts. could be a great place to live, IF they would hire management and maintenance that would do their jobs and inforse the rules.They give out rules and they dont even inforse them, people here know this thats why they dont care what kind of shape they keep their apts. in or if they go by the rules or not cause they know nothing is going to be done about it.Their not worried.Something needs to be done here. I would like to compliment the following persons Cheryl, the manager and Randy, the maintenance man for the progress and accomplishments they have tried to reach and have reached. I feel they are doing a wonderful job cleaning up the grounds and in the housing units and I strongly feel they will continue to upgrade all. Lancaster Club Apts. have went through a couple of employees and there have been very noticable changes being seen at the units.Cheryl, the manager and Randy the Maintenace man are two very nice people to the... read more

just moved in and repairs that should have been done before i moved in have not been done and ive been there over 2 weeks now. there is mildew under the bathroom sink, the maintenance man John puttied over mildew on the shower wall, the ceiling fan that is the only light in the living area is broken and has no light just hanging wires, the doorbell wires have been pulled out and are hanging out above my door, mildew in the bedroom window sills, broken heater in the kitchen its on the floor and i have a 17 month old son the m... read more
These apartments aren t terrible when they actually fix problems going on other than a bit outdated with yellow cupboards from the 70s and some carpet is older than my 21yr old son. Management is horrible at the moment and has been for a couple yrs. Ive had 6 times now they say they didnt receive my rent and then find it months later. I had to put a tracer on a money order to find out that they did get it and cashed it. This time they wanted to evict me for lack of rent but got my receipts.
