The second time I was seen by Lana Kim due to my Doctor not being available. Both times she was rude and condescending. I brought this to her attention and she responded... am I allowed to ask you questions? My response was yes but don't treat me like I am 4 years old. This appears to be a consistent complaint with Lana Kim. I will NEVER see her again no matter how ill I am. Frank Walters
