Lana Kim provides care for my family, including my dad. When my dad was hospitalized and needed to quit smoking, cut down on his alcohol intake, and stop driving, she took the time to reach out to check in on him and reinforce those goals with him. Without her commitment to my dad, I don’t think he would have made these vital changes. The second time I was seen by Lana Kim due to my Doctor not being available. Both times she was rude and condescending. I brought this to her attention and she responded... am I allowed to ask you questions? My response was yes but don't treat me like I am 4 years old. This appears to be a consistent complaint with Lana Kim. I will NEVER see her again no matter how ill I am. Frank Walters
