Horrible. Rude. Jewelry is already tarnishing in less than a year.
I’ve been a customer of LD for over 3 years now. I bought a ring here back then, and it still looks absolutely beautiful today. I recently brought it back for polishing, and the owner was so warm and welcoming. She even gave me a voucher as a gift—such a lovely surprise! Truly a wonderful experience every time I visit.

Dropped off my diamond bangle to fix the clasp and they decided to “fix” the prong settings and ruined my bangle. They flattened all the prongs. I did not ask for this to be done. They tried to gaslight me and then said, “ well, what do you want me to do about it, next time take your jewelry to a jeweler you trust.” To the awful, insensitive store owner: Still soo angry you ruined my bangle.
