After 15 years of renting cylinders, hit with constant monthly “admin fees”. Even after calling two months in row asking why cylinder rentals would get fees after renting for so long it didn’t seem to be comprehended by the back office staff. You just can’t survive at Lampton welding getting dimed every corner. Just not worth the hassle.
Was ready to drop a couple thousand on a new weld machine, but decided to take my business elsewhere after the lackluster service I received. Lampton used to have incredible customer service but I won't be back.
