I meant to write a review when I moved out a few months ago. Anyhow, I lived there for 2 years and not once did I experience anything negative from any of the tenants or building manager. First off the neighbourhood and location are great. Close to groceries, beautiful parks and about a 5 minute ride from downtown. The area is pretty quiet and family orientated.
