I recently moved into an apartment at lamplight square. The staff and maintenance people have treated me like gold. They are so incredible with every issue or comment I ever have. I even called because my dryer stopped working and one day later it was installed into my apartment by Chris and Will who were both very charming. This is my first experience living at an apartment and I wouldn't have chosen to be anywhere else. Trust me, they are wonderful people with wonderful intentions and they genuinely care. c:
Have been in the complex for close to a month now. My apartment was very clean when moving in. I had a few small maintenance requests (removing a towel bar, stovetop assistance, and tightening a ceiling fan) that were fixed within 24 hours of submitting them. The office staff allowed me to move in 3 days early to accommodate my schedule. Maintenance staff and office employees are always so pleasant to work with.
