Lamphier performed a restoration project on our condo building in Winter Park at Park West. Less than two years our stairs/landings are completely rusted to the point of having to do the project all over. This was a million dollar contract..work was extremely unprofessional. Lamphier & Company are amazing contractor's, they are vey professional whether it is office personal, crews and or management. Whispering Waters Apartments, A Condominium Association due to their excellent service have been a preferred vendor since 2009.
