Family owned company that has been around since the 60's and there's a reason. The attention to detail was incredible and they offer more extensive services than I thought. I will be having them back at our my our office building to complete more jobs. Great work!

Their knowledge of coating applications and water intrusion is second to none. Their staff is experienced and diligent. They have worked on several of our buildings and we love the finished product. They deliver quality, affordability, and customer service with a smile. We would not hesitate to refer them to our colleagues.
Lamphier performed a restoration project on our condo building in Winter Park at Park West. Less than two years our stairs/landings are completely rusted to the point of having to do the project all over. This was a million dollar contract..work was extremely unprofessional. Do not hire this company…..contact our management company for details.. I am President of the board and would be happy to show you the work that was done… Terry
