Lampert Garage Door Solutions crew works promptly and the work they do is of excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. They were very flexible and able to meet my schedule. Got a quote upfront and the price was very reasonable.
Amazing company! They were quick, efficient, and reasonable! The spring that runs along the top of the door was busted. I called and they had a technician out within 30 minutes! The technician was friendly and took the time to explain things to me as he was working. He was very quick, and the repairs were reasonably priced. I would recommend Lampert Garage Door Solutions to anyone in need of garage door repairs!
Just be aware that this is just a dispatching company. They assign the job to subcontractors. The business address is inside Good Sam hospital. The subcontractors probably pay a fee to this company. Therefore prices are inflated. They charged $500 to replace 2 springs. $150 per each spring and 175 labor. The same spring only costs $68 at Home Depot The subcontractor that showed up had a 2 star review on Yelp. I would have never hired a company that has 2 star reviews.
It is funny how sometime all you need is to know what you are doing. I needed to repair our garage door which is a big heavy door. I know I need an expert for the repair. After reading some reviews I called 3 states garage doors. Hands down, the best company I dealt with in the home services. You can't go wrong with them.
Dispatcher was very knowledgeable about my options. As we were out of town, a service call needed to be later in the evening when we would be back. They were able to accommodate us. The technician was very professional and worked to complete are issue in no time at all. I do wish they would have been able to offer a coupon however there were none. Even a senior discount would have been nice.
