He worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Between taking my vehicle in as a trade and my purchase of my new used vehicle....everything was seamless!!! Way too long for an oil change. 1 Hour, because they needed to run out for a filter. My appointment was made 1 week prior. I assume they did it right?? It was the 1st oil change and went with the purchase of the vehicle. I have bought a few cars from this dealership and deal with a salesman I can feel comfortable with. If you do go to buy a car there ask for Bob Parker.
I cannot be more pleased with the level of attention and service I've gotten from Bob Parker and Lamoureux Ford. I've had 3 Rangers that I bought here and since the Ranger is not in production now Bob suggested the Escape and brought 2 for me to try out. I am thrilled with the truck I bought.
