great dealer I bought my husbands f150 at Lam Ford and our experience was wonderfull... our salesman was very patient and understanding.. they were no pressure at all local to me and friendly "family owned" atmosphere will deff buy from them again when my husband convinces me to buy a minivan :)

Easiest car buying experience ever. Went in on Monday told them my budget walked out with a great deal and picked it up today. They did all the running around, for the registration and inspections, even though I don’t live in Massachusetts. That’s customer service. The owner even cane by and we chatted for a few minutes about mutual friends and golf. I would definitely recommend buying from them!

Very knowledgeable about every aspect of purchasing a vehicle. The service department always goes above and beyond! Can’t say enough great things about this family business.
Service department is the most rudest service writers I have ever dealt with in my 58yrs. I won’t be back as its not my first experience of such.
First time buying a vehicle here and the whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. No pressure, no hassles, and Marc answered every question we had honestly without any of the runaround you get at other dealers. He even found us some Ford rebates that we weren't aware of, and that saved us even more money. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
