They were rushing to get my mani and pedicure done my nails didn’t even dry and missing spots of polish. Won’t show up again

I just moved to Austin was looking for a new nail salon today I came for a pedicure and my water was luke warm asked for hot water but still wasn't what I asked for and got a take off and new set definitely was rushed and he was rude at times and my polish wasn't even coated like it should and my nails have stuff on them he didn't clean them up at all definitely not returning

lady was pleasant, decent prices. however it was definitely rushed, was left with small knicks/cuts on 7 of my cuticles. ombre design was $15 extra but rushed more on each finger when new clients came in, got messier. i would rather have saved the money and been told they don’t have enough time for it and to stick with one color.

During a visit to Austin, I decided to get an overlay refill. Unfortunately, the man who provided the service was very rough. He hurt three of my cuticles to the point that they began to bleed. Throughout the appointment, he was also speaking back and forth with coworkers in another language, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and left me disappointed.
