During a visit to Austin, I decided to get an overlay refill. Unfortunately, the man who provided the service was very rough. He hurt three of my cuticles to the point that they began to bleed. Throughout the appointment, he was also speaking back and forth with coworkers in another language, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and left me disappointed.

Would give zero stars if I could. Some of the ladies here had terrible attitudes and rushed through the service. I asked to have my manicure and pedicure done at the same time, but the experience was very uncomfortable. One of the women sitting next to me spoke their language, and after the nail techs said something, she looked at me and started laughing along with them. It was rude and unprofessional.

The gentleman performing my pedicure has been coughing and spitting on my foot and legs the entire time he's been working on me... Then he tried to use a dirty callus file from a previous client on my foot! I had to verbalize that I didn't want that and asked him to use a new one. Cleanliness is not a priority at this salon and that makes me uncomfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ve been a client for the past 3 years, and it’s consistently top-notch. Every technician is not only incredibly sweet but also meticulous—the attention to detail is unmatched. My nails always turn out flawless. The prices are fair and totally worth it for the quality you get. Hands down, my go-to nail salon and the only one I trust!
