i got a pedicure today. got home old polish still showing on big toe. Heals werent done well. lots of dead skin left paid $50. Very disappointed.

I have been going to Lamour for a couple years now & recently started taking my toddler with me. The girls are awesome with her & always paint her toes pretty with glitter. It’s nice to have a place that does great with my nails and makes my daughter comfortable.
I had never had a problem here. But yesterday was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. My mani was just a French and they had to fix 5 fingers before I left even after I sat and dried for 20 mins Pedicure we where put in back room Nicki chair didn’t work and we waited 45mins and water got cold I had to go ask if they forgot us ... finally started on feet and only took off half toe polish and had to ask for the cheese grater not sure I will return and I still have a gift certificate. Sad maybe just a bad day at the salon
