Had my car for 3 or 4 full days before they asked about a part that took a week to order. So over 2 weeks to replace a bumper. When the job was done they forgot to fix the rear view mirror cover. So I got a lil picky and looked over the rest. Can’t tell it was hit. Took 2-3 weeks before they finish that. Cuz if paperwork. Hey also forgot to reserve a rental for me. Zero weekend hours & better service supposedly in Bloomington means day 4 is turning into day 5 waiting for a lousy quote. Meantime, I'm without a vehicle while hubby uses mine for work. Richfield shop is 1 street away from us = walking distance for me to pick it up. Now we lose another day just for a quote having to take his crunched up/dangerous vehicle to Bloomington tonight when he is home from work, when it was sitting at the Richfield shop overnight to get quote this morning. Very easy to deal with, professional and explained everything in a way that was easily understandable.
We know James real well and trust him to be honest and has always been efficient and the shop does great work. From the office staff, Scott another mgr. they all are very courteous and helpful. I would rate them a 5 out of 5.
