Worst service possible for a very minor repair (bumper needed to be repainted). Kept my car for 4 weeks for a 4-5 day repair. One week's delay because LaMettry used wrong email address for insurance company, then lied about the delay. Insurance company told different story about delays. Insurance company answered my calls within minutes; LaMettry responded after a day or more (once neve). Who would you believe? Paint job is fine.
They do the best job. My car looks as good as new. Besides, they have the best customer service. I am greatly satisfied. Thanks
They let me drive off the lot with no molding on the repaired side of the car, the door being left half an inch from flush with the rest of the car, door opening terribly, and glue all over the inside door handle. Had to leave for work and come back the next day. no apology, had to send them back through twice to fix the fitting of the door. I didn't have time for any of this.
