Bought a 24 urus 12/6/24… contacted them multiple times Dec ,Jan and Feb about titling.. car was sold with 1 key and service light on.. got temporarily arrested and criminally cited for them never titling car 95 days after purchasing and lying and saying they did.. paying legal fees for a charge that resulted in their negligence and failure to perform.. worse than a hyundai dealer.. will be filing a lawsuit against them and will have videos up with all documents showing all damages and costs including legal issues… Josiah wa... read more
Terrible experience!!! Was kicked out of the dealership by the used car manager acting as a salesperson, my crime is opening a car door in the showroom, the alarm went off (no sign posted) I was visiting from San Fran interested in an Urus!! which I never got to see.
