Attempted 8 phone calls to this company. I had sold my 2023 Landrover which I purchase from them in December 2022. Per contract I was entitled to a partial refund on my warranty. They refuse to call back or acknowledge I exist. Very poor, I would not trust them, they are not after sale customer centric.
Bought a vehicle sight unseen for the first time. Normally I'd prefer to see and inspect prior to purchase but Isaac was very clear and concise regarding the vehicles condition. They never pressured me or used sales tactics to influence my decision. Extremely pleased with the vehicle and their customer service. Isaac and Anthony were so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process even after all the paperwork was complete and I was waiting for delivery. Still after months of having the car I'm very satisfied.
