The servers are just wonderful people. The food is great and if you go home hungry it’s your fault. The only problem is they are always busy but it’s sure worth the wait.#highly recommended

This is my favorite restaurant of all time! I live in southern Illinois, about 65 miles away from the Lambert's in Sikeston, MO, and even if I lived 150 miles away, it would still be worth the drive! I love "down home cooking", but if you don't, then this might not be the place for you. But I love that they bring around more food (for free) and keep on bringing it. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the almost 3 hour wait. The food was delicious and I was stuffed when I left.
I love Lamberts. Th real joy was that the food was pass to you for a great price. Not only this but you caught the bread that was thrown to you from the air. I give it a 3 thumbs up.
Excellent food, great variety, so much food you'll never be able to eat it all, especially if you try the 'pass arounds', which means extra sides that they bring around and dish out if you want to try them............3 different ones + the 3 sides that come with your meal, hush puppy, and all the 'tossed rolls' you can catch and eat! Very nice restaurant, not fancy, comfortable! Gift shop and take home some rolls when you leave!
