Dr. Lambert is knowledgeable for sure and got me to a position of stability with my heart, but there are a lot of issues regarding follow-up by staff, communication to client (myself) and overall office etiquette. I have never directly been able to communicate with him outside of office visits. That leads me to why I am reviewing his staff more than Dr. Lambert. I have been a patient of Dr Lamberts for a while now. He is very kind and concerned with all his patients. He takes the time to talk to each patient and stays current with all issues.
Dr. Lambert staff review instead. Rude people that insist on calling you a liar because they are not big enough adults to admit when they screwed up and dropped the ball, like an appt. So being in sales and living on commissions I think I keep a pretty tight rope on when I’m able to make money or not. Dr. Lambert is kind, patient and understanding that I've been using for ten years...I always found him to be concerned medical professional offering excellent advise, he also preformed much required stents in my heart which has helped my quality of life. Dr. Lambert saved my husband's life 20 years ago, while he was waiting for a heart transplant. Now, I have been diagnosed with heart failure and had to choose a cardiologist. Of course, I chose Dr. Lambert! Dr. Lambert is so knowledgeable and very compassionate. I feel that I am receiving the best possible care with Dr. Lambert. I also like that I am provided with a printout of the results from that day's appointment when I leave the office! In addition, his staff is wonderful.
