Sometimes need to wait awhile - but it is worth it. He is willing to explain and answer questions. He always takes time to be very through at appointments.Only surgeon who visited me every day after surgery and at night. I think he does that every morning and evening.Nice personality and everyone I talk to in the hospital say that if they have heart problems they are going to him.
DR LAMBERT'S STAFF IS TERRIBLE. THEY'RE STANDARD PROCEDURE IS TO NEVER RETURN TELEPHONE CALLS. MY LAST EXPERIENCE TOOK 3 WEEKS AND FOURTEEN4 LEFT MESSAGES FROM ME, AND FOUR MESSAGES FROM MY CARDIOLOGIST SURGEON BEFORE THEY RESPONDED, AND ONLY AFTER THREAT FROM MY SURGEON; AND THEN THEY SENT THE WRONG REPORT. MY LATEST ONE FOR A PRESCRIPTION HAS TAKEN FIVE MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT DR LAMBERT HAS LITTLE CONCERN FOR HIS PATIENTS.
If you have time to waste and enjoy sitting around, this is your place. I went twice and won't be going back. First appointment took 2 hours for about 10 min of face time. For the second appt I waited an hour before being told I would have to reschedule due to broken equipment.
Both my husband and I see him. He saved my husband's life. He takes the time to explain thi gs to you.
Dr. Lambert is a good doctor; his office manager is the problem.
I have been going to Dr Lambert for over a month with 6 visits total so far and no complaints from either the office staff or the Dr. No long wait times. all in all a pleasant experience.
He saved my life, I’m forever greatful. Would not go any where else. Amazing!
No one answers phone. Messages are never returned. Wait time is hours. You have to physically go to his office to make contact. You would think Dr Lambert would care about his practice and how his staff represents him but he doesn’t care. Go elsewhere!
He takes excellent care of me which is why I deal with the long wait times. My health is worth it. He works very long hours and is a very dedicated doctor.
