As I understand every one is in business to make money. I felt like I was made fun out/laughed at for my offer on a vehicle. I used to work at a car dealership I know how the game works. and they basically laughed at me . the vehicle was listed at must go. I made an attempt at an offer. then was told they would rather take the vehicle to auction.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The salesman was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were there a total of 15 minutes before he was walking us to the door as if he had no time to help us. He went to the sales counter and motioned like shooting a shotgun (meaning he wanted to shotgun our credit). All of that is fine though, as we bought a car elsewhere two days later. If you are looking for a dealership that provides the stereotypical shady car sales experience, come to Lambert Buick!

It was after hours but I was immediately contacted by someone to let me know who would be contacting me and when. They contacted me the next day and then there was a follow-up by the first person a couple days later. I appreciated the promptness unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in was already sold.

We ended up buying one of their vehicles. Could not answer all questions on the Volt but they are a Buick dealer.
