Called them for an emergency inspection a few months ago for a bad sewer line pipe and got a good quote really fast. Even though we couldn’t afford it right away, when we called them earlier in May they were right on it with a new quote and getting the work done as fast and efficiently as possible. Their customer service is top tier and their plumbers are fantastic, answered all our questions even if it wasn’t about the current project! (We’re new home owners). Will definitely be a reoccurring customer when we need it!

We recently replaced a 25-year-old furnace with a new Trane system. Scheduling was quick and the quoting process was professional, but the installation itself was more difficult than expected. Whoever is representing this business and the main contact for Lambasio has poor customer service. I have been lied to, false reports sent in, and a lack of communication or responsibility taken. I was told I would hear from this company, but had to reach out multiple times myself. I believe they were hoping the “problem” would disappear. No accountability was taken in the mistake made by their company.
