We recently replaced a 25-year-old furnace with a new Trane system. Scheduling was quick and the quoting process was professional, but the installation itself was more difficult than expected. Whoever is representing this business and the main contact for Lambasio has poor customer service. I have been lied to, false reports sent in, and a lack of communication or responsibility taken. I was told I would hear from this company, but had to reach out multiple times myself. I believe they were hoping the “problem” would disappear. No accountability was taken in the mistake made by their company. They have done a lot of work for us over the years and they are always top notch. They go above and beyond the call of duty and always with a friendly smile on their face. All the people at lambasio treats us like family and not just a another customer. If I could give em 10 stars I would.

5 Stars!! I called on a Saturday night for a clogged drain in basement and I received very prompt service. Bryson called to let me know that he was on his way and he got drain unclogged in no time. He was friendly and very professional and explained how and where the drains all ran. Will definitely use Lambasio again for more projects! Thanks Bryson!
