Within just a few minutes of my call to Lambasio, they called back that they had a technician near and could send him right over. Aaron arrived with a big genuine smile and handshake, going right to work on the outside A/C unit. It was not long and Aaron had diagnosed the issue, explained what he had found and in short time corrected it. The gentleman who used to do my plumbing and HVAC service recently retired. My furnace malfunctioned (inducer motor failed) so I couldn’t run it, and my bathroom sink was plugged. I tried calling Lambasio and I’m glad I did. Everyone I dealt with, including the dispatchers on the phone and the technicians who came to my house, were friendly, professional, and helpful. They did a great job fixing both the furnace and sink. I’m very happy with the service they provided.
