Was great until the last time I went. I have a very busy schedule as I’m sure everyone does. I went in and waited 30 min past my appt. Rachel did not tell that she’d be late and def didn’t apologize…just told me, well that’s hair. Why even make an appt if you’re not gonna stick to it?
