Service department is horrible at best, the guy with the long hair (Bobbie )was very rude. Brought in my $70,000 2016 f250 with a transmission leak, he said they couldn't find the leak, that it wasn't leaking. Meanwhile I have a puddle of transmission fluid in my driveway. Won't buy anything or use any service of theirs.
I never do reviews and hardly ever do surveys, however, I felt the need to do one this time to express how thankful and appreciative I am for the service I received when purchasing my vehicle. I had a horrible experience in purchasing a vehicle from don bohn last November. I traded the car in today and received top notch treatment from mr Timmy, mr Dennis, and Jennifer Mitchell. After making appointment for new car under warranty and getting to dealership and told I do not have a appointment of course Friday and The guys want to get out of work lamarque will never have my business again and I am buying a new Mustang but not from laMarque looks like veterans Ford has my business now. You need to work on your service department they are screwing you out of business
SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS!!! Got the red carpet treatment when I bought my trucks.. But the service department.. Not so much.. DO NOT BRING UR CARS THERE.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Service department is poor at best. Bring in for oil change one day and they rate things as great. Come back a couple of days later and in two days you need new tires and break job. And and when you call them on it you get a quick, "oh, sorry." Today, here when the open and after an hour and a half "you need battery terminals cleaned, $39'" and then 15 minutes later, "Oh, you need a new air filter, $29." Still here waiting on what else the will "find."
