What a way to start the Holiday Season. I've had my car in the shop since the 21st of November. I figured a couple weeks and my car would be done, since it was minor damage to my rear bumper. About 2.5 weeks pass and I give them a call to get an update on my vehicle. All are very helpful, the only issue is my recurring battery drain of my 2018 Navagator. When its in the shop every thing is fine, i understand if it isn't broke how do you fix it. The newer models do not have the foot swipe to activate the hatch. Food for thought could that be my phantom draing my battery ?
The sales crew were very helpful and flexible. We worked out the finances and we all felt good. I recommend Lamarque Ford especially Brett Lamarque who runs the internet sales.
Towed my truck November 14 to get repairs they can’t even look at it for 2 to 3 weeks. They should have one person who does just diagnostic as Vehicles come in so people can use their warranty they pay for to get a rental vehicle. No they just stick it in a lot to sit while you have no vehicle. No care in the world about people’s lives. No loaner vehicles stuck here away from my family for the holidays. I have and bought an extended warranty for what? What a waste of an extra $2700 dollars.

My husband and I had been shopping for a truck. We obviously wanted a good deal, but we spoke to multiple dealerships, because finding the right sales staff is equally important. We couldn't be more pleased. Lance was knowledgeable and answered our questions. We never felt pressured. We were able to customize the warranty and select what options we wanted for financing. The staff stayed late for us to be able to test drive and complete our purchase. We appreciate it!
