My experience at Blakely Apartments was extremely frustrating\. During my time living here, I dealt with serious maintenance issues, including a long\-term water leak that eventually resulted in part of the ceiling collapsing and significant water damage. I applied for these apartments in early May, I got rejected which wasn’t the problem, the problem is that they made me pay a $150 refundable deposit fee and till this day July 30, 2026 I have not received. I have called the office and emailed them, Angie was in contact with me but out of nowhere NOTHING. She told me they had sent the refund to and it turned out that they sent it to the complete wrong address, at first I thought it was the address I had moved out of but it turned out it was an actual completely different addr... read more

Office management very rude and dismissive. POOL nor GYM was open my entire 14 months of staying. Was without use of my oven for over a month due to waiting on maintenance. Deposit was stolen after I cleaned apartment (while pregnant) and took pictures. Was told I should’ve hired a professional cleaning company to get the apartment ready for next tenant.

I have lived here for 3 years now and love this community. Angie and Robert that work in the leasing office are the absolute best and are friendly as well as super helpful.
