I was shopping around for insurance and tried to get it through State Farm. This was the office they were making me go through to get it. I received quotes and requested to be contacted to finalize but this office never called or emailed. My quotes would disappear before their expiration date, sometimes the same day. Now I see they have problems with communicating to their actual clients so I guess it’s a blessing they never finalized it.
My family and I have been using Mr. Hodge and his agency for home, renters and auto insurance for 15+years. If I could give him 0 stars I would. Mr. Hodge does not maintain consistent staff for his business and there are times you may not be able to get in contact with him to pay a bill or to get insurance info. I have currently been calling and leaving voicemails for the past 4 days trying to obtain a copy of a policy with no response as of yet.
If you are looking for a loyal, honest, and dependable insurance agent please contact Mr. Lamar Hodge. I love it when someone goes over and beyond for a person just not for a sale but what he sees best for you and your love ones.
Five stars for Mr. Hodge and Lynsey! Their professionalism, quick responses, and genuine care made all the difference. Lynsey’s superb customer service and attention to detail were the icing on the cake. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
