I appreciate all the guys out working on the issues but the leadership and communication at the office has serious problems. I called several times and was either told they had no information or the info I was given was wrong. I reported what I knew to be the problem (because I watched the transformer blow up and then we lost power) but that was never communicated to the field hands. Someone was finally looking into our neighborhood (6 days later) and I stopped to talk to them and told them what I saw when we lost power. One... read more

I just want to say THANK YOU so much! I would not be able to work out in the cold like you men..I was out in the cold ...feeding animals the other day for about thirty minutes and I really THOUGHT I WAS SUFFERING!! I appreciate all that you've done!!!
