My visit to Dr. Wai Lam was awful and I don't recommend her at all. I had a really bad customer service experience with the office manager. He was very rude and impolite the whole appointment. I went for a free braces consultation but the office manager was extremely pushing towards Invisalign. He wanted me to go forward with Invisalign based on what "he" feels is right for "me".
