SO YeS!, I bought earrings for my wife great product..but I was wrong..the product had a bend in it after the first use! We had a problem! okay we took it back to the store and they fixed it, actually tried to solder it back together but this is what we got back. (Pics below) AN EARRING WITH A BIG BLACK STAIN IN IT, WHICH SHOWED UP AFTER THE FACT. she wore it back for the second time and it completely bent again. I want my full refund. My engagement ring needed to be sized from a 4 to 7. I had 2 jewelers refuse the work and 1 jeweler said it would ruin the ring. For a great price Denny resized it with ease and brought it back to its original state, thanks again much appreciated!
