I had a great experience! sara gave me the exact haircut we discussed at the beginning of the appointment. she was so sweet, the salon was beautiful, and my hair feels renewed & healthier than it has been in years. she was efficient with her time an for once I didn’t walk out of a salon feeling puffy lol
