Caution! Friendly employees, but terrible customer service. Second issue at LALA lash that was unsatisfactory and unresolved. This photo was taken 6 days after my appointment. I noticed one eye had way less lashes than the other. Their response was to come in and pay $60. When I turned this down they offered a 5% discount. This infill service was $97 without tip.
