RecommendedBest place I’ve lived in Gainesville! Office staff and maintenance are both very helpful and responsive
Horrible.. Was filthy when moved in, I had to have someone come out to remove paint from Windows and spider webs because someone was careless and rushing to get it ready for next person. Don't be fooled by the model. I do want to add the staff are extremely nice though, wish they were somewhere else. Hard to picture an extremely nice staff but horrible apartments... We have more issues and broken crap it's just stressful to always have to do maintenance requests. It's really patched up literally
They have all went above and beyond to make my stay here awesome! Thank you lakewood!
