Monica does an excellent and thorough cleaning! As a working woman who makes appointments during my lunch - I really appreciate how on time they are with appointments. This is a well run practice.
I am extremely impressed with the level of detail to which Dr. Masterson and his staff went for my exam/consultation and cleaning. They were very thorough and friendly; I am thankful for the referral I received to try them out.
I came in for an impression for a new night guard. Dr. Masterson and Carlos were both wonderful. Carlos showed great concern to be sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. So nice! Thank you!
Recently had a wisdom tooth pulled and unfortunately had a few complications. They were sympathetic and even opened the office on a Saturday to take care of me. I have never had a dentist or staff who care for their patients as much as they do. Overall the best, and I will recommend them to family and friends.
Great staff from the receptionist to the Hygentist (Angie) all the way to the Dentist himself. Service was professional and clean. I'll recommend this Dental Office to all my friends and family.
My first visit was Friday and they worked me in with an emergency dental situation. The facilities are first class and the staff are professional and nice. When I left the pain was gone! I'll be going to Lakewood Ranch Dental from now on.
My visits are always a great time for me because of the friendly and professional atmosphere. It starts with the front desk and extends back through the people who clean and maintain my dental health.
We appreciate being cared for so tenderly and with such attention to detail. Dr Egan and staff are wonderful and our mom was so impressed - almost as much as we. Every detail was covered and no question was left unanswered as we each were cared for one by one and tooth by tooth. Kudos to a wonderful staff and a wonderful practice for sensitively and sweetly meeting the needs of a finicky family, and making us feel right at home in a place where so many can feel completely alien.
