The folks at Lakewood Ranch Dental couldn't be nicer! The facility is very welcoming and clean! Dr Masterson is wonderful and the dental assistant Kim is so sweet! Thank you all for taking such good care of my teeth and gums!!!
My scheduled cleaning with Monica was once again a very pleasant experience. Monica is extremely good at what she does and takes the time to explain, in a way a "non-dental" industry person can understand, exactly what she is doing and why. Thanks Monica.
I had to cancel my 1st appointment with LRD and was pushed out a ways. However, from the reviews and their website I decided to wait it out since the cancellation was my doing. When I arrived for my appointment, the reception desk knew my name (I had never been here nor know anyone at the office) I answered a few brief questions and had an identification photo taken and within 3 minutes was welcomed inside and taken for my cleaning.
