RecommendedLPOA has wonderful programs and entertainment on their schedule to serve all members of the family.
LPOA has made some great updates & improvements in the past few years. The playground (always in the shade!) is great, as evidenced by the many families that are there at any given time. The new walking trail is great for individual or family walks. Keep up the good work!

Best Neighborhood and Association EVER.
We are so fortunate to live in Lakewood and be members of LPOA. We are at the tennis courts year around 3-4 days a week, the pool and park facilities as well. We rent the activities center and pavilion for birthday parties etc. We enjoy the beautiful Old Mill and lakes and attend the picnic every June! We love LPOA!�

We have loved living here for the past 20 years. This neighborhood has such a great feel and so many things to do. Appreciate that the LPOA keeps the parks and trails in good shape! Also, they have the most awesome neighborhood fireworks �
