Me and my wife went to Heritage Park in Kissimmee paid $170 for an application fee told we were approved and needed to pay a $350 holding fee. LIARS LIARS KEEPING MY 500,00 SECURITY DEPOSIT AFTER TELLING ME THEY HAD SOMEONE FOR MY APT. SO I MOVED OUT ON JULY 1 after being told someone was moving in. It wouldn't affect my lease or my position as a good tenant. So I moved and they kept that apt empty till August 1st even though they have a waiting list for 1 bdrm apts. Amelia Court, their newest property, has been non-responsive. They don't have enough staff to support the operation, their voicemail box is full every day, they never return calls acknowledge emails or social media direct messages. The only way I can speak with someone is going in person. While their team is very nice and extremely informative they can never commit to anything or follow-up accordingly. This is by far the worse rental company to reside with. The company had a huge turnover with office staff in its rental communities. The properties are filthy, unkept, and poorly built. This company has no effective resolution policies in place for residents to address concerns. Please do not rent from this community as you will ruin your peace of mind. Extremely horrible experience. We rented at a Concord property for several years. Early on, the service was good (front office and maintenance) and it was a pleasant experience. These past few years, our experience became so horrible that we decided to move out. The front office was rude and condescending, and the company always tried to find new ways to nickel and dime. Structurally, I have no issues with my rental unit. However, the way my rent payments have been handled is extremely frustrating and NOT in compliance with my lease agreement. The office has taken the liberty of not processing my rent, despite having received my payments timely, without appropriate exception provided for in my lease (my lease only provides that partial payments may be rejected; I did not make partial payments). They are now in possession of almost $2500 of my money without properly crediting it to my rent!

I am literally in tears as I write this as I am so beyond frustrated and feel beaten down to my bones with the way I have been treated. I have been denied twice for 2 of their apartment complexes and every time I call to find out why, I get told to call another company because they provide the screening reports.
