By far the rudest corporate office i have ever dealt with.... The on staff amazing but i am so furious at how disrespectful corporate is.. Wasnt even being rude 2 them they cut me off the hung up on me they did wanna speak 2 me and they are just rude as hell. Unbelievable!!!!!!! They are like we are not in florida so i domt have anything 2 say 2 ypu until the apartment gets me pictures im like how can u write a receipt and u domt even got pictures yet... I paid my rent on time every month disrespectful behind people
Worst apartment I have rented from. I had black mold in my apartment TWICE due to a leak in the roof that wasn't correctly fixed the first time. They have a rude corporate customer service "manager" who when I asked her name, she responded with "we actually cannot give out our names" DO NOT RENT FROM UDR
I have lived here for over a year and I love it ! The apartments are very comfortable to live in. The maintenance team are right on point with repairs or anything . The onsite management staff always caring and willing to help out !
I love it here. I have only been here for 8 months but 200% better than my last apt complex. The maintenance staff is phenomenal
