RecommendedLakewood place is a super beautiful Community in brandon . I enjoy visiting all my friends often and enjoying the communities lovely amenities. They are always fairly friendly when I am here and offer to help me with anything as I passed by the office. Destiny, clare and Angie always have friendly faces!
These Apartments are quite possibly one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The apartment seemed great when we first moved in until we started noticing more and more issues that just weren’t being resolved in a timely manner. My AC unit was leaking Freon for almost the entire time I was living in this complex and all they kept doing was refilling it with Freon and not actually fixing the issue until I moved out. Lakewood is a very nice apartment community with clean, spacious apartments, many amenities and clean landscaping . Gym is adequate . Destiny was super helpful in taking care of all of my questions and concerns .
Lakewood Place is very clean apartment areas with helpful staff. They seem to close to everything, which makes it easy to pick up something or head to work quickly.
