They always show they care about you. What I mean from the front door they have coffee for you, they get you in fast. They always remember your name, it's like your at home. They are attentive to your needs. It just makes you feel comfortable all around. I'm glad I found this Dentist Office. My old dental office I was afraid going too. It was uncomfortable all around. I realized I needed to go to the dentist since I hadn't been in about 9 years. Dr. Thai was recommended and since the dentist chair isn't my favorite place to relax, I took my grandson in to be the "new-dentist-guinea pig". Yes, I did. He survived and had no complaints. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the office and the attitude of the office staff...friendly, knowledgeable. Great staff, friendly, thorough, and eased my anxiety. Dr. Thai is really warm and attentive and very thorough and never pushed any cosmetic procedures that I could not afford. Great office. Very impressed.
