The staff ALWAYS make me feel welcomed as I enter the lobby, which has a very calm decor.They are very attentive to my needs even before I am called into the back office.The D.A.'s are very good at making me feel relaxed as they get me ready for my procedures.(The NETFLIX option is a very nice touch).Dr Thai always greets her patients with a big calming smile, and she is very good at explaining the procedures before she starts....and she gives the BEST shots!...
