How come everything someone writes a bad review you take it off. My husband wrote about what happened and how the new manager called me a liar and argued and now it's taken off. You're not perfect and not going to get perfect reviews so stop deleting the bad ones. There were multiple other bad reviews that I saw and we're commented on that are now gone.
I have lived here for 5 years. I absolutely love it here! The neighborhood had been perfect for my daughter as it is a very family friendly community. The maintenance and management are on point and also make sure everyone feels like they are part of a family. More so now that we have a manager who acts upon requests. The few maintenance problems that I've had have been promptly taken care of. That's hard to find in rental homes. The office staff is very helpful and friendly also. We love living @ Lakewood Estates!! We really do wish Lakewood Estates owned our home. The owner is not all that great @ getting repairs done in a timely manner. However we shall deal with it. Mark Ross had offered us another home owned by Lakewood Estates. However, I know that our double wide manufactured home is a newer model. Mark Ross is the best thing that has ever happened to Lakewood Estates. We had the 1st Annual Mutt Strutt about 2 weeks ago. Fun was had by all doggies & people. Do not like it here... Cant wait to move. The manager is rude and ignorant he let's maintenance crews go inside while your children who are under the age of 18 are home. Refers bikes as being toys and are not allowed in yard... This guy needs to go somewhere else he has only been here a couple of months and a lot of the residents who have been here for years are leaving... I am one of them.... Do not go here you will be trapped I miss Laura.....
