We have lived here for over 2,years and we love it so much we call it home. It is a safe and friendly place to raise our 3,kids. Mark and his staff seem more like family than landlords. We are buying our home and will be here for years to come. I will be honest yes the lot lease is higher than some other places, but you get what you pay for, if you want cheap than go somewhere else that has crack dealers cooking meth as your neighbors.
