It's very nice place to live. All issues are fixed promptly. The management is very nice, accommodating and helpful. Everyone is very pleasant and the grounds are taken care of. I wish they would fix or upgrade the kids playing area.. :)
Heather Gorham was absolutely invaluable during our purchasing experience! The community is very nice, quite place. Neighbors very nice and friendly! Loving our new home!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Heard a money order was cashed but no contract signed and to get refund takes 30 days???? Save your $$$ folks. This place will rip you off.
Great Place, Great Community, all the employees at the office and maintenance are very friendly and ready to help you!
I have lived at Lakewood Estates in Royse City for almost 4 years and I love it!!! It has been a perfect place for me and my children. Karen is amazing!!! Anytime I needed to get anything done she has always gone above and beyond to make sure it gets done. Thank you Karen and Yes Communities for a wonderful last 4 years.
