Great dermatologist! Patrick is always nice and professional, as is the whole staff. He always addresses my issues and concerns, and the last time found a melanoma! Thankful he is so thorough! I highly recommend this doctor.
Have seen Dr. McDonough 3 times now starting with general skin checkup as I am 54 and odd things pop up on my skin nowadays and also removal of cysts and freezing off some other things that were annoying. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and eased my anxiety about some spots on my skin as I’m constantly concerned about skin cancer as I got a lot of sunburns and spent a lot of time in the sun at the beach as a kid. At one point during a procedure I felt odd and lightheaded and spoke up and he said it was not... read more
Excellent practitioner! Very thorough, good communicator, and displays concern for patient. Caught and treated a squamous cell undetected by previous dermatologist. Definitely recommend!
Great visit. Staff was very clear with expectations of wait time. Doctor was direct, quick and focused. Gave options and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking.
Spent very little time with me. Seemed anxious to get to next patient.
If there's something I hate is to leave negative reviews. So this is not about the doctor, but about her personnel. I tried to schedule an appointment for my wife, and she has PPO, but the office manager insisted she needed a referral from her PCP. It was futile to explain her it was not necessary, she kept insisting until we finally had to give up. Dr. Macdonough is a wonderful doctor, but his office staff are the worst we can deal with.
Terrible wait time, rude staff, doctor spent 2 minutes with me to say he couldn’t do anything and I got charged for a “consultation.” Will never return.
Dr. Donough and his staff are so nice. Scheduling an appointment was easy & fast check in as a new patient. The Dr. spent plenty of time and explained everything in detail. He made me feel very comfortable with the entire visit.
I cannot say enough how excellent Dr McDonough was. I was having a mole removed from my face (very big deal if it doesn't go smoothly) and he was amazing in explaining the process step by step, very knowledgeable and excellent bedside manner. It was super fast, 100% pain free and very comfortable. He explained the insurance portion as well with accuracy and made me very comfortable and not rushed with making a decision. Office staff were excellent as well. rhankbyou all so much!
