My dentist and hygienist was great. They provided me with excellent information regarding dental hygiene while servicing my teeth.
Thanx again for accommodating me w exam/cleaning even though i was late for my Friday appt. It took a little cajoling on my part but your staff ultimately came through understanding how difficult it is for me to balance family/work demands for a father of 3. Stacey ,cleaning tech and Doc (am sorry but forgot ur names) where great/smiled and willing to joke around etc. Hope Doc takes advise to check his oil (truck) regularly-lol. Customer service-Can do-willing to bend is rare these days and THANX again
Everything was fine and I am very pleased with how I was treated
I had a fractured molar and was hesistant to have it pulled because I thought it would be very painful. So when the pain of the decayed tooth became unbearable I made a same day appointment and the painful part of the process was the injection to numb the gum...never felt pain whatsoever from the extraction even when the numbness went away.....great job guys!!!
They have a great faculty and are well trained. They attended me very respectfully. They also had me in and out of there in less than an hour , which is quite impressive when you have an appointment to remove all four wisdom teeth. Great work overall !
I was there for an initial check of my teeth. No work performed. The service and explanations were very through and understandable.
best reception area , great men n women at reception, wonderful man who clean grands teeth so calm funny , gave us special directions. movies in waiting room are perfect, for kids and adults of all ages! kids nos scared to go there, work with u when ins. does not cover . i cannot say enough about this place, thank u cerritos dental , i am a grandparent raising daughters children as she went home to be with jesus , hard job at our age. anytime we go for business or medical if u can make our life better, i appreciate that , go... read more
This is a new office to my daughter and myself. The staff is terrific because Dr. Scott moved to this practice we were a little hesitant but now that we are part of this group we are so happy! Cynthia
