Noticed the waiting rooms had a new clean look with new furniture. Was in and out of xray exam very fast. Did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Had a great exam and cleaning. And on top of all that the Operations Manager himself was the one who checked me out and set up my next appointment.
Kind staff.
The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. I would recommend Lakewood-Cerritos Dental Centers for everyone.
The staff was very patient & polite!
Staff was patient and able to get my uncooperative toddler to comply with everything. This was a total departure from our previous experience with a non-specialist dentist.
This is my first time visiting this location, customer service is excellent!!!
My dentist is Dr. Lee, and I think he is the best dentist I ever had, along with his sidekick. I feel like they remember me. They explain everything to you, and let you watch how it is being made. They do their best to keep you comfortable, with no pain. I have never felt pressured to do a procedure, but when I do the cost is clearly explained. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.
Kim did a great job, found an infection on one tooth I did not know I had and took care of it right away and it was for the most part painless.
Thanks to Dr Lee I survived it! Great service & dental facilty! Always a pleasure to be seen by your office.
