These apartments are disgusting. The pool sucks. The walls are so thin. Management is rude. The maintenance guy that has worked on the property is super creepy. The gym is so outdated and in nasty conditions. They charge so much because they know marines have no where else to go. Don’t forget all the duck poop every where. And cob webs leading up the stairs to your apartment.

Enjoyed there Gym! You have free membership when your an resident.
My husband and I as well as our daughter lived in these apartments for the 2 years that my husband was stationed in VA. We love it here. Everyone was so friendly and when we'd call maintenance they would come out that same day.
