I've been living here 5 months now. The apartment is nice. Love the view of the lake from my patio. The only take away is the buildings need to be pressured wash. The spiders and wasps must go!! Other than that... Love it here!! Nice and quiet.
Ricardo was always very helpful. Honestly is the perfect place for a small family or roommate situation. Peaceful complex for the most part and safe for kids to play outside. No major problems because maintenance fixed everything promptly. There is a little bit of a wasp problem but we treated ourselves. No roaches or other pest infestations.
