Ricardo was always very helpful. Honestly is the perfect place for a small family or roommate situation. Peaceful complex for the most part and safe for kids to play outside. No major problems because maintenance fixed everything promptly. There is a little bit of a wasp problem but we treated ourselves. No roaches or other pest infestations.
The staff is very efficient, professional and courteous! I really appreciate how quickly they respond to any issues you may have and resolve it! The grounds and buildings are well kept...I truly enjoy living here. The management and staff go above and beyond to help residents with concerns per their residency... I still enjoy living here, going on 6 years! All the above statements are very true...I feel safe , which is extremely important! Staying here is a 9 out of 10! I have one minute complaint...TO clean the BREEZEWAY..
