Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any BSW location. They are the most unethical and dishonest company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
RecommendedHad back surgery on 29th and from check in all the way to check out had no issues. great people doing a tough job. special thanks to Nurse Sarah, Jose, and Soosan who were my caretakers. screener, admission, prep op with Scott just awesome. this was my 4 the back surgery but 1st here. Thanks to everyone including the young man who was custodian keeping the waiting area clean to the server who brought my breakfast with a smile. you made feel great even when I was not in the best of Moods. Glad to have been a patient.

I had a very disappointing experience with BSW Urgent Care failing to diagnose three broken ribs, leading to an expensive visit to the BSW Lakeway ER. It has taken over eight months to get notice they will not waive fees due to their own incompetence.

The evening of December 18, 1999, I passed out in my home. My wife called 911 and instructed that I be brought to BS&W Lakeway. This Hospital literally saved my life. i spent almost 2 weeks in ICU. The doctors are knowledgeable, skillful and truly kind. The nurses and techies follow suit. If you have a life threatening event or a purely elective procedure, you will want to come to our local Lakeway hospital, BS&W. You will not regret it. I'm here alive in 2020 because of the excellent skill and compassionate care I received.
Dr Garza is wonderful... takes the time to listen to what you’re saying and make sure she goes over everything with you thoroughly!
For an emergency admittance, the staff was attentive and professional. Problem was addressed. It was so much better than St David’s South that I don’t know where to begin. St. David’s South suffers from being primary care for a lot of (apparently) uninsured people. This is the Ritz Carlton of local hospitals.
