Thorough efficient and quick
For today's visit we had the expander and braces removed. Very excited! We saw Monica and she has the most joyous personality and makes Wes feel very comfortable. She engages him in conversation and laughs with him. She explains exactly what she's doing and does it without causing pain.
The Staff as well as Dr. Dykes are the friendliest and most professional bunch of people locked in one office I've ever met. My Son looks forward to going there for his braces every time, which makes my life easier as well. And the fact that they have little tolerance for kids not brushing their teeth right and come down hard for it on me as well is a great motivator to get things done. Best orthodontist ever.
We had a great experience. Dr. Dykes paid great attention to detail regarding the outcome of the teeth after braces. Plus, he has a good dental-chair-side manner. The office staff is helpful and pleasant - just nice people to be around. We had a small dental emergency during treatment and someone saw us even though the office was closed. That was comforting and brought us relief.
