They are very professional, friendly, and do great work. They fixed issues that my previous orthodontist created with badly installed retainers. Also, at one point I thought I needed invisalign for another correction but when the issue resolved itself, they were gracious enough to cancel my order and refund me the full amount. I was amazed by how flexible and easy to work with they are. I never experienced this level of patient satisfaction at any other orthodontist office.
We love Dr. Dykes office!! The staff is soo friendly and Dr. Dykes is amazing!! We can't say good enough things about this practice!!
